Drawing on over 15 years in digital marketing and working with global brands and niche retailers he brings a wealth of experience in how to improve customer experience.


Stuart Burford

Commercial Director

Stuart has spent his career in the area of luxury brands and customer acquisition solutions.

His main role is to ensure people understand what we do and how it can add value to their business.

Sam Neatrour

Head of Business Development

Sam is 43 Digital’s man in the field. If you are looking for an enterprise solution it is likely he will be the first person you meet.

He is the lead architect of the 43 Digital platform and is responsible for overseeing its day to day operation as well as its ongoing development.

He has worked within the area of eCommerce and retail for the past 5 years and has a deep understanding of what online retailers require.


Max Moore

Max is a digital advertising and start-up veteran, having successfully built businesses over the past 14 years in the core digital disciplines of Video, Web Search, Display as well as Mobile.

Max’s experience in ramping digital businesses combined with his SaaS knowledge, business development and contact network will no doubt provide leverage for the next phase of building a killer video business.


Julian Walker

Advisor to 43 Digital

Julian started his career working at VNU Business Publications, moving into online in 1999 he went on to join a WPP and Easy Group JV. Pioneers eSpotting secured Julian’s services before he eventually co-founded Steak, a full service digital agency that went on to win many industry awards and establish itself across three continents.

Donning various hats (CSD, Head of Business and CEO) Julian worked with clients such as Virgin Holidays, British Gas, John Lewis, Debenhams, Admiral Group and Axa. Julian sold his share of Steak in 2010 and has since gone on to form embreo, which helps both clients and agencies to be more effective within the digital space. embreo also takes a special interest in supporting passionate individuals and new digital businesses in realising their full potential.

Julian is co-founder of The Green Marine – whose purpose is to Inspire, Protect and Mobilise young people, with the aim of making a positive social and environmental impact.
